Return & Refund Policy

We will send a replacement item only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, and a video recording was taken before opening the package as proof. If no video recording is provided, we reserve the right to refuse the return or replacement request. A $7 shipping fee will apply.

For refunds, refunds are available only for products that arrive damaged or defective. If the item does not match your order, we will send a replacement item instead of issuing a refund. A $7 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
